TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
By commissioning me, you're agreeing to these terms:
- I have the right to not accept a commission
- Please provide clear references or descriptions for your commission
- Any personal information you share with me will be kept confidential
- The client cannot edit, modify, or change in any way the final commission
- NFT/AI are not allowedCAN
- OCs
- Fanart/Fan animations
- Suggestive
- Blood
- Real people(in my style)CAN'T
- Mechas
- Furrys
- NSFW
- Dramione (sorry)
- Hate art
- Detailed backgrounds and clothingPAYMENTS
- Only PAYPAL and Yape accepted
- For art commissions, once you aprove the first wip ALL payment should be made
- For animation commissions a 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to start, once you aprove the animatic ALL payment should be madeREVISIONS
- I’ll update you at key stages of the process
- Fort art commissions you can request up to 4 changes during the sketch phase
- For animation commissions you can request 2 changes during the animatic phase
- Major changes after the sketch/animatic phase might cost extra
- I'll give you an estimated timeline for when your commission will be completedDEADLINES
- Depending on the complexity of the project it may take around 2 weeks to 2 months, please be patient ;-;DELIVERY
- The final commission will be delivered in digital format, as PNG, GIF or MP4 via gmail or google drive linkUSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Unless a commercial fee is discussed, the commissioner is only allowed to use the artwork for personal use
- You can post the final commission on your social media with the proper credit for it
- Only customers who have paid for commercial use, are allowed to use it commercially
- I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (publishing to my socials) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design
- Reselling my artwork or using it for AI, NFT, or any sort of crypto purposes is strictly prohibitedREFUNDS
- If you cancel before I start, you’ll get a full refund
- If you cancel after I’ve started, the deposit is non-refundable
- If I can’t complete the commission for any reason, you’ll get a full refundCOMMUNICATION
